10月16日下午活动课，我校中海校区举行武术操比赛。小学系列武术操“旭日东升”是我校体育节的表演项目，本次的比赛是为体育节的表演做准备。在比赛中，同学们聚精会神，不管是动作还是神情都能体现同学们的认真与专注。一次抱拳行礼，就是“侠义”的体现，让同学们通过一个动作，感受中华民族，正义、公正、谦卑、怜悯、律己、路见不平、除暴安良等优秀品质。中国功夫不仅体现在拳脚，更体现在精神，拳脚强身体，精神壮万民！同学们，让我们将中华武术发扬光大！

On October 16^th, the martial arts competition was held in Zhonghai campus on the fourth class in the afternoon . Primary school series martial arts gymnastics " The morning sun rises in the east sky" is the sports festival performance project of our school. This competition is to prepare for the performance of sports festival. The students concentrate on the competition. Every action and expression can reflect their staidness and focus. It expressed the chivalrous spirit when they made a bow with hands. So that students can feel the Chinese nation, justice, humility, compassion, self-discipline, the spirit of pacify the good and do away with the cruel through an action. Chinese martial arts are not only reflected in the fist, but also reflected in the spirit. The fist can enhance the body, the spirit can strengthen the people. Students, let us carry forward the Chinese martial arts.
