4月19日上午，成实外教育集团小学体育优效课堂教学研讨活动在成外附小举行。成实外教育集团质量部弥晓蓉部长及成实外教育集团的体育老师们齐聚成外附小，参加了本次主题教研活动。

On April 19^th, the teaching research activity for elementary school P.E of Virscend Education Group was held by the Primary School Attached to Chengdu Foreign Languages. Director Ms Mi of Primary School Department of Quality Department of Virscend Group and the P.E teachers gathered together to participate in the teaching and research activities on the subject in our school.

   在研讨活动现场，刘健康老师为老师们展示了一节充满趣味的健康体育课。本课紧紧围绕新课标“健康第一”的指导思想，设计教学活动，激发学生运动兴趣，培养学生终身体育意识。刘健康老师以“我们去郊游”的情境为主线，设计了以下情景:穿越丛林、大长腿渡河、打跑鳄鱼、巧摘果子、躲避大黄蜂……在游戏中组织学生进行跑、跳、投，协调、灵活等身体素质的练习，不仅锻炼了学生身心，而且增强了学生的集体观念，培养了学生团结合作的精神，促进了学生终身体育观的形成。整个课堂既实又活，轻松自然！本课既落实了国家体质健康监测工作，又增强了体育运动的魅力和趣味性，让学生在趣味中不知不觉地增强了体质，同时又为小学体育课游戏教学指明新的思考路线和方向。

At the seminar, Mr Liu Jiankang presented an interesting health physical education lesson to the teachers. This course closely around the new curriculum standard " health first" guiding ideology, design teaching activities, stimulate students' interest in sports, cultivate students' lifelong sports consciousness.  Liu jiankang teacher to " we go for an outing" situation as the main line, designed the following scenarios: through the jungle, long legs crossing the river, run crocodile, clever fruit picking, avoid bumblebee ... in the game to organize students to run, jump, throw, coordination, flexibility and other physical quality exercises, not only exercise the students' body and mind, but also enhance the collective concept of students, cultivate the spirit of unity and cooperation of students, promote the formation of lifelong sports concept of students.  The whole class is real and live, relaxed and natural! This course not only implements the national physical health monitoring work, but also enhances the charm and interest of sports, so that students unknowingly enhance the physical fitness in the interest, at the same time for primary school physical education game teaching points out the new thinking route and direction.

  曾校长：本课以一以贯之的情境为主线，在游戏中组织锻炼，激发学生学习的内驱力，让学生想学，乐学，课堂既实又活，轻松自然。

Principal Mr Zeng comments: this lesson takes the consistent situation as the main line, organizes the exercise in the game, stimulates the student to study the internal drive, lets the student want to study, the music study, the classroom is both real and live, relaxed and natural.

  弥部长：通过观摩研讨，集团各校更进一步认识到重视孩子身心健康是学校教育第一要义，而体育课和阳光大锻炼是不可或缺的重要路径。

Director Ms Mi comments: through observation and discussion, the group schools have further realized that the importance of children's physical and mental health is the first important part of school education, and physical education and sunshine exercise is an indispensable important path.
